United States Chess Association Online Rating Annual Grand Prix

Date: Every month on the last Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific Time (First competition on 04/30)

Online Tournament Platform: Lichess.org

Organizers: YDRC Chess Club led by FM Jonathan Chen and WCM Jocelyn Chen

Time Control: 15 minutes + 5-second increment

Approximate Start Times for Each Round: 9:00 AM – 9:40 AM – 10:20 AM – 11:00 AM – 11:40 AM

Grand Prix Points: 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th: 5 points/4 points/3 points/2 points/1 point

Prizes: Accumulated points at the end of the year will be awarded as follows:

1st Place: $100

2nd Place: $75

3rd Place: $50

4th Place: $25

5th Place: $15

Registration Fee for Each Tournament: $20.00

Register for Five or More Tournaments at Once: $15.00 each

All tournament fees, excluding prizes, will be donated to YDRC and the United States Chess Association At-Risk Youth Program.
